This reversing camera fits the VW T5 or T6 transporter with barn doors. It comes complete with cables to connect with monitors with 4 pin or RCA connectors. This camera uses a 700 TVL 1/3" CMOS sensor. It has a 120 degree camera angle and comes complete with 10m cable and RCA adaptor. It is suitable for the VW T5 from 2010 and the VW T6 from 2015.
The image of the monitor shows the camera with a view taken during the day. We have not got a T5 so this is our attempt to reproduce what you would see. The yellow arrows we have put on to show where the corners of the vehicle we used were. You can clearly see the full width of the van plus some extra for good measure. The high resolution sensor in the camera gives a nice detailed colour image. Compared to CMOS sensors a few years ago the modern ones give an image that is hard to tell from the more expensive CCD during the day.
