Delivery Information

We do not offer free carriage like some sites as if you buy more than one item you are effectively paying the carriage within the item price twice. Ours is based on weight so if you only buy a small item you only pay a small price.

Our aim is to process and dispatch any order made before 1pm the same day. With smaller items we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In zone 1 we use DPD Local next working day service. If this service is used then you will receive a text or email giving an approximate 1 hour delivery window. Please check the delivery information in case we have made a mistake. It also allows you to alter the delivery day if needed. In Zones 2 and 3 we either use Royal Mail or a courier depending on the location. If you need a next day service then we can offer Special Delivery, but we prefer to be contacted by phone to make sure we can get it to the post office.

Please note if you have used their app to have a parcel dropped off a a local collection point all subsequent parcels will go there unless you change the settings within the app. Also if you request the parcel is left in a safe place you become responsible for the parcel after it has been left there.

For people living in the Channel Islands we usually use Royal Mail Recorded and sometimes Parcelforce on larger orders. For orders below 2Kg we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery on high value items.

For customers wanting international shipping we use airmail for smaller items and a variety of couriers for items over 2Kgs. It should give you the postage cost when you enter your address in your order. Customs duty and VAT may be payable to your home country. Customs processing can add days to the delivery times.

We normally process you order the same day. If we use Royal Mail there is a one day delay as we are not near a Post Office.

Our UK parcel delivery zones

In the UK we have 3 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone. 

Zone 1 England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.

Zone 2 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.
