Introduction to product

We have this camera in either a white or black body. The camera uses a Sony 1/3" CCD sensor which is better at showing colour across the whole colour range. On some monitors it can give a very narrow yellow band down the extreme right of the image - this is frequently found with Sony CCD sensors. It is a small size and is ideal for vans, motorhomes or some of the larger cars like the Land Rover Discovery. It uses the standard 4 pin waterproof connectors although we do stock adaptors to convert it to a RCA connector

The one photograph shows the field of view obtained by this camera. At a typical mounting height it will cover the full width and much more of the vehicle. We find manufacturers quoted camera angles are always inaccurate which is why we show the camera in a real situation.

We occassionally have clearance versions at a discount. These can be selected via the drop down menu. THEY MAY BE OF A DIFFERENT SPECIFICATION. They will be on clearance usually for paint marks, new customer returns (change of mind) or old stock. Also they may be of a lower specification like a mild steel bracket or Sharp 1/3" CCD sensor at 420 or 480 TVL.
