M700AHD clip on mirror mount systems
The AHD version of the mirror monitor gives a nice bright colour image. It clips over an existing mirror and is often matched with the twin lens reversing camera. This gives both a view for reversing and a continuous rear view. It is switched by a connection to the reversing light.
The mirror monitor is a popular option but comes with a word of warning if you like listening to your radio. On vehicles with an aerial mounted on the same level as the monitor then the signal often gets blocked by it. It is very similar to the reflector on a satellite dish.
