This system matches our 7" mirror monitor with the brake light camera for a Fiat Dicato. The mirror monitor comes with a metal bracket to fit the existing stub on the window for an interior mirror. The monitor has the same specification as our MON293 with a 27 LED backlight and a 800 x 480 pixel LCD panel. The camera uses a high quality 700 TVL CMOS sensor in the camera. There are 2 styles of brake light camera depending on if it ia attached by screws from the front or bolts from the back. Older vehicles might have a window fixing plate the mirror slides off upwards and newer ones will twist off.
Please check with us before you buy as there are 2 styles of mounting plate fitted to the windscreen. Sending a photograph always helps.
We are slowly building up a collection of brackets to got with our MON293B mirror monitor. It is always best to check the mounting plate on the window to make sure it is the correct one. You cannot always go by the manufacturer and in some cases the original plate might have been removed if the windscreen has been replaced. If there is no mounting plate then our universal bracket comes with a mounting plate. We advise getting professional help to glue it to the windscreen.
